Depuis sa mise en ligne fin 2019, plus de 1200 activit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet r\u00e9v\u00e8le une partie de ma vie, parfois intime, \u00e0 travers la captation de certains d\u00e9placements quotidiens et la pr\u00e9sence dans les images d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments personnels (situations, rencontres, enfants\u2026). \u00c0 l&rsquo;instar des autoportraits d&rsquo;artistes au travail, comme ceux de Roman Opalka, je cherche \u00e0 capter un portrait au sens large, d\u00e9voilant plus que ma simple image. Ces selfies sont des indicateurs de mon activit\u00e9, d&rsquo;une habitude, d&rsquo;un mode de vie. La pratique de la course, signe de notre \u00e9poque, est aussi un rituel, une hygi\u00e8ne de vie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation, comme le souligne Haruki Murakami.<\/p>\n<p>Le titre, <em>Autoportrait en cours(e)<\/em>, \u00e9voque \u00e0 la fois les portraits pris lors de courses et ma volont\u00e9 de me repr\u00e9senter sur une dur\u00e9e, en \u00e9volution. Chacun d&rsquo;eux correspond au nombre et au moment pr\u00e9cis o\u00f9 je me suis arr\u00eat\u00e9 de peindre apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance de travail. \u00ab\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n<p dir=\"auto\">M\u00e9taphore de la pratique artistique, ce projet t\u00e9moigne d&rsquo;une activit\u00e9 de running r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e et endurante, qui \u00e9volue avec le temps. Au-dessus de leur t\u00eates on peut voir une devise en latin: ex praterit o praesens prudenter agit nefutura actione deturpet, qui veut dire \u00ab\u00a0informe du passe le pr\u00e9sent agit avec prudence, de peur qu\u2019il n\u2019ait \u00e0 rougir de l\u2019action future\u00a0\u00bb. Les trois visages repr\u00e9sentant les trois\u00a0moments de la vie : la vieillesse, la maturit\u00e9 et la jeunesse<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Ce portrait de trois hommes et trois animaux, accompagn\u00e9 de la devise latine \u00ab Inform\u00e9 du pass\u00e9, le pr\u00e9sent agit avec prudence, de peur qu\u2019il n\u2019ait \u00e0 rougir de l\u2019action future \u00bb, repr\u00e9sente les trois \u00e2ges de la vie : la vieillesse, la maturit\u00e9 et la jeunesse. L\u2019all\u00e9gorie du temps du Titien \u00e9voque l\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 travers la vie. Le pr\u00e9sent est v\u00e9cu dans la conscience qu\u2019il s\u2019inscrit dans un ensemble et une dur\u00e9e. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience s\u2019accumulant, mon projet s\u2019enrichit. Les trois portraits du Titien se multiplient ici en une multitude de portraits pour n\u2019en signifier qu\u2019un seul.<\/p>\n<p>La pratique du selfie t\u00e9moigne de notre \u00e9poque et sert de multiples points de rep\u00e8re : g\u00e9ographiques, temporels et contextuels dans ma vie et ma pratique. Apr\u00e8s le \u00ab village global \u00bb d\u2019IP Monochrome et la carte d\u2019humeur mouvante de GridFlow, je cherche ici, par une approche similaire, \u00e0 me repr\u00e9senter dans une globalit\u00e9 \u00e0 travers mon environnement imm\u00e9diat et mon mode de vie.<\/p>\n<p>En int\u00e9grant l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue et sensible (l\u2019effort de la course, la pr\u00e9sence physique), je souhaite r\u00e9introduire la mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9 et le corps dans ma pratique artistique. La course, bien que pouvant sembler une fuite en avant, est intense et concr\u00e8te dans le moment pr\u00e9sent. M\u00e0J 2019 : maintenant Strava. \u00c0 partir de 2012, l\u2019application a permis d\u2019associer des prises de vues \u00e0 la g\u00e9olocalisation ; j\u2019ai donc ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 mes \u00ab runs \u00bb des autoportraits. C\u2019est ce que l\u2019on peut voir sur ce blog : deux selfies. Parce que l\u2019application a ouvert la captation \u00e0 un panel plus large de sports, j\u2019ai fini par enregistrer toutes mes \u00ab courses \u00bb, quel que soit le d\u00e9placement (v\u00e9lo, skate, roller, trottinette, snowboard\u2026). L\u2019id\u00e9e est de capter mon portrait dans l\u2019effort \u2013 avec des rep\u00e8res en d\u00e9but et en fin d\u2019activit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Le temps : After the Beginning, Before the End, Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, avant la fin. Le blog est compos\u00e9 sur une base en triptyque : 2 photographies portraits \u00ab avant \/ apr\u00e8s \u00bb \u2013 principe tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9 sur le net pour les diverses d\u00e9fis (challenge) que les personnes se donnent \u00e0 elles-m\u00eames \u2013, comme pour t\u00e9moigner de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue (et pass\u00e9e), et une 3\u00e8me de la carte GPS du parcours (le fil, trac\u00e9 GPS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Le paysage : en fond d\u2019\u00e9cran, en arri\u00e8re-plan s\u2019affiche al\u00e9atoirement parmi des paysages collectionn\u00e9s sur les lieux des trajets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Je d\u00e9couvre la notion de Alain Damasio sur le self serf-vice\u2026 \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter : \u00ab Apr\u00e8s avoir v\u00e9cu une trajectoire d\u2019\u00e9mancipation et de r\u00e9bellion avec mai 68, le r\u00e9gime de contr\u00f4le s\u2019est adapt\u00e9. Il a atteint son point ultime avec l\u2019auto-ali\u00e9nation.
